Salon policies

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

Salon TEWL charges 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations, reschedule requests or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Deposits will be refunded if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Appointment Policy:

Salon TEWL asks that you show up on time for the scheduled appointment so that we can ensure that you walk out the door happy with your service. If you are beyond 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment we reserve the right to reschedule or make changes to your scheduled appointment

Refund Policy:

Salon TEWL does not refund products or services; all sales are final.

Please note that if you are unsatisfied with your service we would love the opportunity to make adjustments so that you can leave the salon satisfied. However, our policy requires us to make the adjustments within a 2 week period from the date of your original service. Please let us know within 7 days of your original appointment if you have any concerns.
